After the evaluation of the applications submitted by foreign publishers for the 2025 Session of Translation and Publication Support and PUBLISHING ROMANIA programmes there has been selected a number of 32 TPS applications (from a total of 111 TPS applications submitted) and 5 PUBLISHING ROMANIA applications (from a total of 10 PUBLISHING ROMANIA applications submitted) to be financed within the limit of the budget available for the 2025 Session (1.200.000 lei), in accordance with the score obtained.

The grants are provided on condition that the publishers agree to the terms of the grant contract to be concluded with The Romanian Cultural Institute, including the agreement to publish the books no later than November 14, 2025.
The grant contracts between The Romanian Cultural Institute and the foreign publishers selected are to be signed between April 22 and June 8, 2025.
If this deadline is exceeded, the sum that becomes available will be redistributed to the next eligible applications, according to the scores given by the evaluating panel. The publishing houses that will obtain a grant following this redistribution will be announced publicly, on the CENNAC website.
The members of the evaluating panel for the 2025 Session were the following: Mihai Bogdan Tănase (lecturer and journalist), Laura Eveline Bădescu (professor and scientific researcher) and Elisabeta Iulia Gorzo (literary translator and film editor).
