Press conference - 100 volumes published abroad with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute


The Romanian Cultural Institute
invites you Monday, 11 May 2009, 11.00, to a press conference on the programmes designed to support the translation and publication of Romanian literature abroad carried by the National Book Centre (CENNAC). The event will mark the publication of 100 volumes with the support of RCI.

At the conference details will be provided about the 20 Romanian Writers series - to be published by University of Plymouth Press as well as the series of events Romanian Art and Music at Peninsula Arts.  The speakers will be Horia-Roman Patapievici, president of the Romanian Cultural Institute, Tania Radu, vice-president, Corina Bernic, head of department at the National Book Centre and Paul Honeywill, director University of Plymouth Press.  Tanya Sinclair and Anthony Caleshu will also be representing University of Plymouth Press.
